Kaffir Lime Curry Paste

Fragrant kaffir lime and desiccated coconut-based recipe; a favourite among my customers in Sydney's inner west.

Mix into a paste with water or coconut cream. Add oil and saute until aromatic and oil separates. Add up to 2kg protein and water or coconut cream and simmer until done.

This item is made to order and is dispatched at least once a week.

IMPORTANT: Please note all products are prepared at the same premises, so the risk of cross-contamination is always a possibility. However, due to repeated requests, I've offered some tweaks to my recipes to accommodate those with dietary restrictions.
