Mild Rendang Paste
A rendang recipe based on my chicken rendang back in the day; this has been tweaked to introduce more complex flavours. Apart from lemongrass, garlic, chilli, onion, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves and coconut flakes, it now also contains dried turmeric leaves among other ingredients.
Mix into a paste with water or coconut cream. Add oil and saute until aromatic and oil separates.
Add up to 2kg protein and water or coconut cream and simmer until done.
This item is made to order and is dispatched at least once a week.
IMPORTANT: Please note all products are prepared at the same premises, so the risk of cross-contamination is always a possibility.
