What is it? A flavourful Malaysian condiment that adds a spicy kick to your meals. This original recipe is best suited for cooking in a Thermomix for about 45 mins, or for gentle sauteing on a stovetop for about 30 mins.
How to use:
- Mix with water to form a paste
- Sauté in a Thermomix for 45 mins; measuring cup off in the last 20 minutes. Alternatively, cook for 30 mins on the stovetop, or until oil separates
- Let it cool and enjoy!
