What is it? A flavourful Malaysian condiment that adds a spicy kick to your meals. This original recipe is best suited for cooking in a Thermomix for about 45 mins, or for gentle sauteing on a stovetop for about 30 mins.

How to use:

1. Mix with water to form a paste
2. Sauté in a Thermomix for 45 mins; measuring cup off in the last 20 minutes. Alternatively, cook for 30 mins on the stovetop, or until oil separates
   
3. Let it cool and enjoy!

Perfect for:

• Dipping with rice dishes
• Pairing with noodles

Storage:

• Refrigerate for up to 6 weeks
• Freeze for up to 6 months
