Handcrafted - Laksa Nyonya Dry Spice Paste Kit

Laksa Paste 

Nyonya-style laksa paste with minced dried shrimp, shrimp paste, galangal, turmeric, onion, garlic, chilli and lemongrass.

Mix into a paste with 150ml water. Add 100ml oil and saute until oil separates; your laksa paste is ready to be stored or used.

To make laksa soup, combine paste with 600ml coconut cream and 1.4L water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then pour over separately-blanched noodles and trimmings. 

Each portion makes enough laksa soup for six serves.

This item is made to order and is dispatched at least once a week.

IMPORTANT: Please note all products are prepared at the same premises, so the risk of cross-contamination is always a possibility. However, due to repeated requests, I've offered some tweaks to my recipes to accommodate those with dietary restrictions.
