How to prepare the paste:

1. Mix with 150ml water
2. Sauté with 100ml oil until oil separates
3. Store or use immediately

Laksa soup recipe:

1. Combine paste with 600ml coconut cream and 1.4L water
2. Simmer for 5 minutes
3. Pour over blanched noodles and toppings
