Nyonya Kitchen to Table with Debbie Teoh - Exclusive KL Event

This is a small, one-off Nyonya cooking demonstration and dinner hosted by Debbie Teoh at her home in Petaling Jaya, during my upcoming trip to Malaysia.

The afternoon is designed as a relaxed, kitchen-to-table session rather than a formal cooking class. Debbie will demonstrate how she uses her own Nyonya pastes to cook three dishes, after which we’ll sit down together to eat, talk and ask questions.

Yotam Ottolenghi has described Debbie Teoh as the Queen of Nyonya cooking, and has written of her food as some of the most memorable dishes he has eaten. This dinner is your exclusive opportunity to experience Debbie's cooking.

Event details

• Time: 4.30pm start (early dinner)

• Duration: Approximately 2–2.5 hours
• Capacity: Strictly limited

Important notes

• This is a demonstration and dining event, not a hands-on cooking workshop.
• Seating is limited and bookings are final.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking; accommodations may be limited given the nature of the menu.

Refunds and cancellations

Because this is a small, limited-capacity event hosted in a private home, all bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.

If the event needs to be cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. In the unlikely event that the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the option of transferring their booking to the new date or receiving a full refund.
