Satay Sauce

My signature peanut sauce - great with grilled meats or poached vegetables. Makes about 3 cups of peanut sauce.

 Mix into a paste with water. Add oil and saute until aromatic and oil separates. Add 3-4 cups water and simmer until the desired consistency. Remove from heat and serve with separately-prepared grilled meat or as a gado-gado (salad) dressing.

These items are made to order and are dispatched at least once a week.

IMPORTANT: Please note all products are prepared at the same premises, so the risk of cross-contamination is always a possibility. However, due to repeated requests, I've offered some tweaks to my recipes to accommodate those with dietary restrictions.
