    Yesterday I cooked kaffir lime chicken using your dry paste, the first paste of yours that I've used. I cooked it in my multi cooker after sauteing the rehydrated ingredients.

    My husband gave me less than 24 hours’ notice for a dinner guest. Made Nasi Lemak with beef rendang and chicken curry, using your pastes @Jackie M. Husband declared it was the best rendang I've ever cooked!

    I managed to get mutton pieces on the bone from the Butcher in an Asian Grocery shop. I made a mutton curry using JackieM 's Dry Curry Paste (Meat Curry).

    I cooked the curry over a simmering stove for an hour to allow the meat to tenderise. The curry was really delicious. It was so scrumptious that it was good enough for a king! (Hahaha, if he likes curry). Thank you, Jackie for your hard work creating the Dry Curry Paste.
